Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to thebridgeexecutiveacademy.com and related services operated by The Bridge Executive Academy ("the Academy", "we", "us", or "our"), including applications, payments, learning dashboards, and certificate verification.

By visiting our website, submitting an application, creating or using an account, or participating in a program, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or our services.

Use of the website

  • Use the website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the site.
  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, or data, including fellow, instructor, or admin areas.
  • Do not introduce malware, scrape the site in a manner that impairs performance, or misuse contact or application forms.
  • We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website or platform at any time, with or without notice, where reasonable for maintenance, security, or product improvement.

Applications and admissions

Our admissions model is application based. Open self registration for program access is limited; credentials are typically issued after review, selection, and applicable payment steps as communicated to you.

  • Submitting an application does not guarantee admission. Decisions are at the sole discretion of the Academy.
  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information in individual and organisation application forms.
  • Corporate or organisation applications must be submitted by an authorised representative with authority to share participant and billing information.
  • We may verify information provided and request supporting documents before or after admission.

Accounts and the learning platform

Approved fellows, instructors, and administrators receive access to role based dashboards. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account.

  • Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
  • Do not share accounts or allow others to use your credentials.
  • We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached or if conduct is inconsistent with program standards.
  • Features available to you depend on your assigned role and enrollments, as configured by the Academy.

Fees and payments

Application fees, tuition, and other charges are communicated during admissions or on official Academy materials. Payments may be processed through Paystack or other designated providers.

  • By paying a fee, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
  • Fees paid are subject to the refund and cancellation policy shared with you at the time of payment or in program specific materials, unless otherwise required by law.
  • We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect payment details you supply.
  • Organisation sponsored seats may be subject to separate agreements between the Academy and the sponsoring entity.

Program delivery

  • Programs may include live virtual sessions, recordings, assignments, simulations, resources, and in person components as described for your cohort.
  • Schedules, faculty, and delivery formats may change where necessary for operational or educational reasons; we will communicate material changes where practicable.
  • Participation requirements, including attendance, submissions, and professional conduct, may affect progression, assessment, and certificate eligibility.
  • The Academy does not guarantee employment, promotion, or specific career outcomes as a result of program completion.

Intellectual property

All website content, curriculum, branding, logos, recordings, templates, and learning materials are owned by or licensed to the Academy and protected by intellectual property laws.

  • You may use materials only for your personal learning within the program unless we give written permission otherwise.
  • You may not copy, redistribute, sell, publicly display, or create derivative works from Academy materials without prior written consent.
  • Feedback or submissions you provide may be used by the Academy to improve programs, in anonymised or aggregated form where appropriate.

Conduct and professionalism

Fellows, instructors, and guests are expected to uphold high standards of professional conduct, confidentiality, respect, and discretion, consistent with executive support environments.

  • Harassment, discrimination, plagiarism, sharing of confidential cohort materials outside authorised channels, or disruptive behaviour is prohibited.
  • Respect intellectual property and privacy of other participants and third parties referenced in assignments or simulations.
  • The Academy may remove a participant from a program, withhold certificates, or revoke platform access for serious or repeated breaches.

Certificates

Certificates may be issued when program requirements are met, as determined by the Academy. Certificate numbers may be published on a verification page so employers or third parties can confirm validity without unnecessary disclosure of personal data.

  • Certificates remain the property of the Academy and must not be altered or misrepresented.
  • We may revoke or reissue certificates where errors occur, requirements were not met, or misconduct is discovered.
  • A revoked certificate will be reflected in verification tools where applicable.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The website and programs are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error free operation of the website or platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or participation in programs, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Nigerian law or other applicable law.

Governing law
