Who is The Bridge Executive Academy for?+−
The Academy is designed for current and aspiring Executive Assistants, Personal Assistants and Hybrid Assistants who want to operate at executive and boardroom level, as well as organisations investing in upgrading their executive support teams.
Is the program fully online?+−
No. The Bridge Executive Academy runs a hybrid model that combines live virtual sessions with in-person immersions, simulations and executive conditioning experiences.
How long is the program and what is the weekly commitment?+−
The program runs for 12 weeks. Participants should expect a blend of scheduled live sessions, simulations and self paced work adding up to approximately 8 to 10 hours per week.
Can organisations sponsor candidates?+−
Yes. Organisations frequently sponsor existing or incoming assistants into the program and can also partner with The Bridge Executive Academy to build a pipeline of executive support talent.
Do you offer payment plans or scholarships?+−
